Most of our sunnies are designed to suit a wide range of face shapes babe. Each product page includes full measurements so you can double-check the fit, and here’s a quick guide:

Your sunnies arrive safely packed and ready to wear babe. We keep packaging minimal to reduce waste, so no extra accessories are included unless stated on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes babe, we ship worldwide from our Melbourne HQ. We currently deliver to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Canada. If your country isn’t showing at checkout, just message us and we’ll help you out.
How long does dispatch take?
We dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours babe. As soon as your sunnies are on the way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with your tracking link.
How long is delivery within Australia?
Australia Post delivers pretty quickly babe. Standard shipping usually takes 4–6 business days, and Express arrives in about 1–2 business days for most metro areas. Regional areas may take a little longer.
How long does international delivery take?
International orders take a little longer to travel babe. Standard International delivery usually arrives in 10–20 business days, and Express International takes around 5–12 business days depending on your location. You’ll be able to track your order every step of the way.
How much is shipping?
For Australian orders:
- Standard Shipping is $9.99
- Express Shipping is $14.99
- VIP Priority Dispatch is $16.99 (next-day dispatch + a free microfiber cloth)
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100
For international orders:
- Standard International is $12.99
- Express International is $22.99

How do I track my order?
Once your order is on the way, you’ll automatically receive a tracking link by email. Just tap the link to follow your sunnies from our place to yours babe. If the email hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder or reach out and we’ll resend it.

What is your returns policy?
We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns babe. Your sunnies just need to be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@bettysretroshades.au with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.

Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, you can use your own postage or request one of our prepaid return labels. If you choose our label, the cost is simply deducted from your refund. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping babe.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes babe, you’re welcome to exchange your sunnies. Just start a return by emailing us at hello@bettysretroshades.au, and once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the style or colour you want.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes babe, all our sunnies come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If anything isn’t right, just email us at hello@bettysretroshades.au and we’ll sort it out.
